30 Good Deeds by BI Group: An Anniversary Measured Not by Years, but by Actions
In 2025, BI Group, one of the leaders of Kazakhstan’s construction industry, celebrated its 30th anniversary. Instead of summing up achievements in a traditional format, the company chose to dedicate this milestone to people and their needs. This decision gave rise to the large-scale “30 Good Deeds” initiative, combining social responsibility and philanthropy to improve the quality of life for Kazakhstanis.
Each of these good deeds represents tangible support and real change for society. For example, BI Marathon, which has long evolved into a charitable platform, raised 51 million tenge. The funds were fully transferred to the Zhuldyzai Foundation to support rehabilitation programs for children with special needs, organize festivals and sports events, and provide financial assistance to families in need.

In the healthcare sector, the Mumkindik project was implemented, financing 325 high-tech surgeries for children requiring urgent medical care. The initiative not only saved lives but also enabled families to save approximately 4.9 billion tenge that would otherwise have been spent on expensive treatment abroad.

BI Group’s social agenda is multifaceted and covers various areas. One of its flagship projects is the national competition “A Worthy Citizen of Kazakhstan.” The initiative aims to identify and recognize citizens whose daily actions improve the lives of others, whether through supporting children and families, charitable work, or social initiatives. BI Group provides real support to winners by awarding apartments in recognition of their contribution to the country’s development. More than 100 million tenge was allocated for this purpose last year.

Another important area of the company’s social responsibility is support for children with special educational needs. In Almaty, BI Group allocated 6 billion tenge to support the specialized “Zhan Uya” school, creating a comfortable and safe educational environment.

In education, BI Group continues to implement long-term programs, including scholarships for study at the company’s private schools. These scholarships open access to quality education for high-potential students. Currently, 125 students benefit from this opportunity.
BI Group also cares about the environment and the spaces where people live. The holding carried out a large-scale reconstruction of the Dendropark in Shymkent, investing 381 million tenge in the project.
As part of the “30 Good Deeds” initiative, the company implemented projects to improve public spaces. On the embankment of the Zhaiyk River, a playhub and modern workout zones were created, with more than 20 million tenge allocated for the project. Special attention was also given to urban infrastructure in Atyrau: the front facade of the bus station building was renovated, and a public square near the new SANDI residential complex was landscaped. Total investment in these projects amounted to 30 million tenge.
In addition, the holding initiated environmental activities. During an eco-volunteer event in Burabay, lakeside gazebos were restored and new ones installed, more than 40 benches were designed and placed, and 100 birdhouses were installed. Approximately 20 million tenge was allocated for environmental initiatives. The holding also launched the “Paths of Happiness” project with a budget of 171 million tenge, aimed at developing and improving mountain routes in Almaty and Shymkent with a focus on safety and accessibility. In all cities where the company operates, the BI Green environmental campaign was held, planting nearly 91,000 trees and shrubs with a total investment of 608.5 million tenge.

As part of the anniversary celebrations, special attention was given to culture. The BI Art Center serves as a dynamic platform for promoting contemporary art, hosting exhibitions and educational initiatives, and fostering dialogue between creators and society.
Within BI Ecosystem 2025, the company expressed gratitude to its clients across different categories, from the first mortgage buyer and the company’s first client to the first participant of the BIG+ program and the 130,000th client.
In total, BI Group allocated 12.28 billion tenge to implement the “30 Good Deeds” initiative. However, the true value of this figure is measured by the real changes brought to the lives of people and cities across the country. The initiative embodies BI Group’s core philosophy: building trust, creating new opportunities, and shaping a sustainable future.
