BI Development Ltd. Publishes First Integrated Annual Report

The private company BI Development Ltd., a structural division of the BI Group holding, has released its first integrated annual report for 2024. This step highlights the company’s dedication to enhancing transparency, strengthening corporate responsibility, and adhering to the principles of sustainable development and ESG.

The integrated report combines operational, financial, and non-financial performance metrics and has been prepared in accordance with international standards such as GRI (2021), SASB, and the Integrated Reporting Framework. This approach enables BI Development to transparently and consistently showcase its results, including its contributions to societal development and environmental care.

"Being a part of the BI Group ecosystem, we implement a full cycle of development – from land selection and design to construction and subsequent maintenance of residential properties. Our history includes over 8.5 million square meters of completed housing, more than 500,000 people who have found their homes, and hundreds of completed projects. As we approach the 30th anniversary of the BI Group brand in 2025, we have matured into a sustainable company that has undergone dynamic growth, technological transformation, and continuous improvement. Key metrics and achievements highlighted in the report include direct greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1 and 2) of 17,000 tons CO2-equivalent and total energy consumption of 319,000 GJ in 2024; continued initiatives aimed at more efficient resource use and reducing environmental impact; implementation of social investment programs supporting projects in education, sports, culture, and regional infrastructure; expansion of charitable initiatives and active participation in local social projects.

The company emphasized that ESG transformation is a core element of its long-term strategy, creating a solid foundation for sustainable growth and trust among all stakeholders.
