BI Group sent 200 employees to Paris as part of its corporate motivation program
BI Group continues to strengthen its internal culture and reward employees who have worked with the company for over ten years by organizing a record-breaking motivational trip to Paris. A total of 200 employees visited the French capital in three separate groups.
The overseas travel program has been running for 8 years and is available to all employees who have been with BI Group for at least 10 years. Over this period, more than 500 team members — regardless of position — have had the opportunity to explore new countries. Participants include everyone from field workers and engineers to managers and top executives. All expenses are fully covered by the company.
In Paris, the teams visited iconic sites such as the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, and the Palace of Versailles. They enjoyed authentic French croissants and soaked in the city’s atmosphere. For Gulbarshyn Tasbulatova and Zhanna Igisinova, both managers at BI Service, this was their first-ever trip abroad.
“When I joined the company 16 years ago, I never imagined the opportunities that would come my way. This trip was a dream come true, made possible by BI Group. I'm grateful that I get to do what I love while discovering the world,” said Zhanna Igisinova.
Originally from Zaisan in East Kazakhstan, Zhanna previously worked in a call center. She now manages residential comfort for clients and is a mother of four. At BI Group, she met her husband — they’ve now been together for 18 years. Gulbarshyn, a mother of three from a village near Karaganda, knows every resident by name and genuinely loves her work.
