BI Group Launches Its First Projects in Dubai

The shareholders and BI Group Holding have announced the launch of their first real estate projects in the United Arab Emirates. This expansion into a rapidly developing region marks a significant milestone in the company’s strategy to strengthen its international presence.
A key factor in the shareholders' decision to enter a new market was the growing demand for real estate in Dubai, including from Kazakhstani consumers. To ensure adherence to high-quality standards, BI Group collaborates with leading UAE developers such as Centurion Group, Prestige One Developments, and Octa Properties. The projects are financed through long-term external investments via an investment fund registered at the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC). For its part, BI Group contributes proprietary developments, IT solutions, accumulated expertise, and the right to use its trademark.
Under the BI Group brand, two flagship projects—Canal One & Harbour and Flora Isle—are being launched in Dubai. Both residential complexes are located on the first shoreline of Dubai Islands. More than ten projects are currently in development, including Reserve Bay, apartments near Downtown Dubai, Al Wasl Villas, villas with views of Burj Khalifa, and others. These projects lay the foundation for further scaling the company’s operations in the region and strengthening its position in the Middle East real estate market.
Entering the Dubai market demonstrates BI Group's ambition to become a key player in the global real estate industry. The company aims to join the ranks of the world's largest developers, alongside brands such as Emaar, Vinci, Skanska, and STRABAG.
