"Worthy Citizen": BI Group Joins the Nation in Honoring Heroes and Presenting Them with New Home Keys

BI Group is once again launching the "Worthy Citizen" project, teaming up with Kazakhstan's citizens to recognize everyday heroes. These are individuals who teach, green our cities, promote sports, heal, and save lives daily. Following a public vote, three new apartments will be awarded to the best candidates. Initially introduced in 2016, the initiative rewards society's unsung heroes with their own homes, courtesy of BI Group.

The competition is divided into several stages: 

1) Nomination Process (June 1–30):

Any Kazakhstani citizen can share the story of such an individual by posting it on Instagram with the hashtags #ДостойныйГражданин, #ЛайықтыАзамат, and #ҮздікАзамат. Each nomination—spanning education, healthcare, ecology, culture, sports, charity, and civic engagement—reflects areas where civic courage shines most in daily life.    

2) Shortlist Selection (July 1–15):

An expert council comprising public figures, journalists, and NGO representatives will review the nominations and select ten finalists.

3) Public Voting (July 15–August 5):

Three winners will be determined through open SMS voting. 

On Builder’s Day, the winners will receive one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments in a new BI Group residential complex located on the left bank of the capital. The homes, constructed by the MODEX division, are modular nine-story buildings assembled in just 90 days. The apartments will be fully finished and move-in ready from day one.
