BI Group presents its first project in Karaganda

BI Group is constructing its first residential complex in Karaganda. The official launch of the project was marked by a vibrant celebration held in honor of Family Day. The event was organized by the construction company with the support of the city administration and provided unforgettable emotions to the residents and guests of the city.

The celebration, held at the embankment of the Central Park of Karaganda, gathered around 4,000 people, the majority of whom were young people. The event offered Karaganda residents not only a great time but also an opportunity to learn more about the activities of BI Group, its projects, and initiatives. The first point of interaction between the city and the developer was the “Dom na Buketova” project - a residential complex designed to combine cultural heritage, elegance, and modern technologies. As the builders say, the building, currently under construction near Buketova and Mukanov streets, is a place beyond time, where history meets the comfort of modern life. During the celebration, nearly twenty apartments were sold at the specially equipped sales office. Some clients were particularly interested in the Smart House option - apartments on the first floor with 4.2-meter ceilings, which can be transformed into two-level units.
