BI Group Completes Class “A” Office Building Project for Tenge Bank in Uzbekistan
BI Group has completed the capital renovation and fit-out project of the administrative building of Tenge Bank in Tashkent. The works were carried out from February to November 2025 and included the reconstruction of eight above-ground and three underground floors with a total area exceeding 11,000 m².
The building is located in the D-block of the Nest-One skyscraper. Following a comprehensive modernization, it has become a Class “A” office facility that will host the bank’s administrative, operational, and service divisions, designed to accommodate 735 employees.
The project covered the full cycle of construction and installation works — from demolition to commissioning. Implemented systems include power supply, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply, fire protection, and building automation. All systems are integrated into a centralized building management system regulating climate, lighting, and safety.
“This project became a testament to the team’s professional growth and unity. We successfully delivered a Class ‘A’ office center with modern engineering solutions and a comfortable environment for employees, a project we can truly be proud of,” noted Project Manager Amangeldy Nurmanov.
Natural materials such as marble, veneer, parquet, and energy-efficient façade glazing were used in the building’s interior finish. The spaces were designed with consideration for acoustics, ergonomics, and corporate standards. The complex features conference halls, VIP areas, a situation center, a depository, a cash operations unit, a data center, and a three-level underground parking facility.
The building is equipped with systems and components from leading global brands, all integrated into a single digital platform ensuring energy efficiency and safety. A significant portion of the equipment was sourced internationally, which added complexity to logistics and timelines; nevertheless, BI Group completed the project on schedule while maintaining a high level of quality.
BI Group CEO Aydyn Rakhymbayev emphasized the significance of the project: “The reconstruction of Tenge Bank’s office is more than a construction achievement. It is a symbol of partnership and trust between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. The joint work of specialists from our countries has demonstrated that the synergy of expertise and technology can create projects of international caliber. We do not simply build structures, we strengthen ties and lay the foundation for shared development.”
