The Company Introduced New Shareholders

BI Group Holding has announced the appointment of three new shareholders. Remarkably, each of them is a professional who began their career at BI Group as an intern.

This time, the new shareholders are:

• Kairat Kuanyshpayev (39 years old) – has worked for 18 years and advanced to become the head of a division in Shymkent.
• Zhalgas Zhakupov (35 years old) – started as a sales intern and is now leading a division in Almaty.
• Olzhas Ayazbayev (33 years old) – after graduating under the Bolashak program, he chose BI Group and progressed from an accountant to the head of BI USA.

For over 15 years, the company has been practicing the distribution of shares among employees who achieve outstanding results and embody the values of BI Group. "Our secret is to always share success," commented BI Group Chairman of the Board, Aydin Rakhimbaev.

It is also worth noting that the current internship program has already begun. It targets not only the Kazakhstani market but also international markets, as BI Group is seeking active individuals and experienced specialists fluent in multiple languages.
