Recently, there have been reported cases of phone calls made from the short number 0770, which closely resembles our official number 770. Please note that these calls are not related to BI Group and, according to preliminary information, may be associated with fraudulent activities.

We would like to remind you that the short number 770 is intended only for incoming calls from clients. The company does not make outgoing calls from short numbers. For outbound communications, we use only the long number 8 775 036 0770.

For your convenience, here is a list of BI Group’s official phone numbers:

• 360 – unified short number for consultations on real estate purchases.
• 770 – premium service line for inquiries about commercial real estate, premium residential complexes, and international projects.
• 8 701 736 0360 / 8 775 036 0770 / 8 7172 360 360 – official numbers used for outgoing calls regarding callback requests.

Please stay vigilant:

• Do not follow instructions from automated systems or unknown operators during calls;
• Do not enter or disclose any personal or banking information;
• In case of any doubts, contact us directly by calling 770 (available from any mobile operator), through BI Group’s official digital channels, or by reaching out to your personal manager.

We have already submitted requests to mobile operators and are taking all necessary measures to protect our clients from possible number spoofing.
