The construction holding BI Group has signed a memorandum with Karaganda's Parks Department to transfer a 2-hectare land plot adjacent to the Central Park to the city. This confirms the original agreements reached during public hearings on the Prime Park residential complex project.

The document formalized the commitments of both parties and emphasized the social focus of the project. The transfer of land will allow for the park's expansion in the interests of residents and the development of a promenade leading to the park.

In 2024, BI Group acquired a 5-hectare plot from a private owner. For over 10 years, this area remained neglected and unused, with abandoned and dilapidated buildings, no lighting, engineering infrastructure, or landscaping. According to its designated purpose, the plot was intended for the construction of a multi-apartment residential building with commercial premises, a hotel complex, office buildings, and a park area.

"Of the total 5 hectares, we have transferred 2 hectares to the city free of charge, with a market value of 1.5 billion tenge. At our own expense, we will improve this area by installing modern and eco-friendly small architectural forms worth 30 million tenge, as well as reconstructing the park's workout zones. Approximately 1 hectare of the complex will be landscaped. Our goal is to enhance the urban environment and develop a comfortable space for living, working, leisure, and sports," said BI Group representative Kuanysh Aitzhanov.

The transferred plots will be landscaped, including the creation of a pedestrian alley—a promenade leading towards the lake. This new walking route will serve as an entrance to the Central Park and become a sort of Arbat, a feature the city previously lacked. The space will be open to the public with quality infrastructure. The lake in the area will remain unaffected and is located at a significant distance from the construction site.

Thus, upon completion, the project promises to become a new attraction point for city residents.
