According to information published in several media outlets, during a business meeting with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, doubts were raised regarding the completeness of tax payments by several companies, including BI Group.

We responsibly declare that BI Group, as the largest taxpayer in the construction industry, fully and responsibly meets all its tax obligations. Our tax payments are regularly audited by authorized bodies, and no claims have been made following these audits. For the past 10 years, the company has undergone annual financial audits conducted by independent international auditing firms such as KPMG and Ernst & Young.

We are puzzled as to why BI Group was included among the companies subject to such doubts and reaffirm our readiness for open dialogue, providing all necessary information to demonstrate the transparency and integrity of our operations.

BI Group operates in strict compliance with the law and actively contributes to Kazakhstan’s economic growth, supporting the interests of the state, businesses, and citizens.
